Currently serving as the Vice President of the Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, Director of the Shanghai Phage and Antibiotic Resistance Research Institute, Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Organ Transplantation, Director of the Shanghai Kidney Transplant Quality Control Center, and Director of the Phage Research Institute of Fudan University. He is also recognized as a Shanghai Leading Talent, Outstanding Discipline Leader in Shanghai, and was awarded the title of Outstanding Hospital President by the Chinese Hospital Association in 2020.
He concurrently serves as Chair of the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, Standing Committee Member of the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Transplantation (Chinese Edition), Executive Editorial Board Member of Organ Transplantation, and Editorial Board Member of journals such as the International Journal of Clinical Practice and Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation. He is also a peer reviewer for journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine and the American Journal of Transplantation.
