Tomoharu Yoshizumi, M.D., Ph.D., FACS

Professor Yoshizumi graduated from Kyushu University Faculty of Medicine, Japan and staretd his residency at Kyushu University Hospital in 1992. He admitted to graduate school at Kyushu University in 1995 and was awarded PhD in 2000. He worked at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, USA as a visiting physician from 2000 to 2001. He returned to Kyushu University in 2002 and promoted assitant professor in 2003 and promoted associate Professor in 2010. He has been a Professor of Department of Surgery and Science, Kyushu University since 2022.
